Spring has sprung here in Noblesville! Pops of white, pink, and yellow line the roads and everyone seems to have a smile on their face…especially since the temperatures have been in the high 70’s and low 80’s! With rain and thunderstorms in today’s forecast, tonight’s Cruise-In is weather-permitting. We’ll keep you posted on our Facebook page as well as on our Twitter feed. Last Friday we had our first Cruise-In to kick off 2012, and we couldn’t have been happier with the turn out! Thank you to everyone who came to hang out for the evening! We had everything from e30’s to motorcycles to Corvettes to the slick S50 bimmer Reggie worked on last year!

I’ve been out of the shop quite a bit this week, but I do know it has been another busy one here at Reggie’s Motorworks! As we’ve mentioned in the past, we’re equipped to work on Mini, Audi, and Volkswagen. We’ve had the latter 2 makes in here this week, in addition to the 1938 Cadillac Model 75. Let’s jump right in with a 2002 Audi A4! She came in with a rough running issue.
All the parts finally came back from the clutch specialty shop, so the Cadillac is back on the lift to get it re-installed! Some other maintenance will be done to this antique car while she’s here too.
If you’re interested in renting this beauty for a wedding or special occasion, contact Antique Limousine of Indianapolis, and tell Jack that we sent you!
The new clutch bits are ready for installation:
Another look at the undercarriage of this magnificent automobile:
Reggie and Jack, the Cadillac’s owner, move the transmission back into place. Previously, they had secured the transmission to the bell housing just to make the old girl mobile enough to get her in a safe spot in the shop.
Isn’t she lovely? This head was rebuilt at the machine shop, delivered to us, and is just waiting to make her new home in the 1984 BMW 733i!
This 2001 BMW 330i came to the shop in limp mode and is in need of diagnosis.
She needs new cam sensors. Additionally, the oil level was low due to a leaking valve cover gasket.
Don’t forget to keep an eye on our Cars For Sale page! The 1989 BMW 325ix is still in need of a good home! If you’re interested or know someone who is, please give us a call at 317.773.0074 to arrange a test drive.
Have a great weekend!
