Seeing Red…and Loving It!

Happy Friday!  We’re hoping for another great evening for our Cruise-In!  We had a good turn out last week to kick off the summer!  We hope you can join us this evening for some fun!  What should we bring, you ask?  Good question!   We’ve got a grill so feel free to bring something of your choice to cook up!  Also please bring any beverages you wish to drink!  Chairs are another great item to bring along.  We’ll be starting at 6pm here at the shop!
We’ve got some H & R sport springs, Bilstein sport shocks and struts, and Racing Dynamics sway bars just waiting for a lucky 1984-1991 e30 3-series (except for the 325ix) or cabrios up to 1993!  All the parts are used, but it good shape.  What would these parts do for your e30?  Besides lowering the stance, the car’s handling will greatly improve.  Sound good?  Please call us at 317.804.9313  for pricing and details.

Last week we worked on some red cars – a 1989 BMW 325ix and a 2006 BMW 335ci:

The ix was in for A/C repair and to diagnose some electrical issues with the wipers, turn signals, and brake lights.  This 335ci was also in for A/C service. In addition to servicing the A/C system, she was pressure tested for leaks, and had the thermostat, heater, all hoses and belts checked.  The idler pulley was replaced.

What a sharp car!  Love it!

And this week, we’re sprucing up this 1988 BMW 325…and let me say, it looks like a totally different car!   Reggie buffed the paint, and it really shines!  It hasn’t even been waxed yet!  The interior has been cleaned and replaced.  The pinstriping is being removed.  Finally, the aluminum bumpers will be replaced with plastic bumpers.  It’s amazing what a little (well, ok, a lot!) of elbow grease can do as far as results when it comes to refreshing a vintage bimmer!  Let’s take a look!
