e34 1995 BMW 525i: Not Your Ordinary Family Car
September is here! That means fall is just around the corner with cooler temperatures, changing leaves, and a few more car events! Tonight’s Cruise-In will be weather-permitting, as strong storms are in the forecast for the rest of the day. Join us tomorrow, Saturday, September 8th, for Hoosier BMW Chapter’s New Member Picnic and Vintage Car Show! We’ve got a great turn out tallied up so far, including attendees from Kentucky, Ohio, and Illinois! This event will take place at Eagle Creek Park at Lilly Lake Shelter. Bring your vintage (20 years or older – e30/e24 – if you’re lucky enough to own one! – e23/e28 or older and show it off! Don’t worry, you can still bring your new car, but we’ll just ask you to park “over there.” To participate in the car show, please email Reggie at reggie@reggiesmotorworks.com. The event starts at 11am, with lunch served between 11-12:30. Cost is $5 per vehicle “park entrance fee.” We hope to see you there! Prizes will be awarded in five different categories: Best of Show-Stock, Best of Show-Modified, Best Project in Progress, Best Paint, and Best Interior!
And Reggie and I are expecting our first little one – a boy! – on September 18th! We are pretty excited to meet the newest member of our family! Well, it’s finally ready, mostly ready, to be shown! After our local Hoosier BMW chapter meeting this week, we found a colorful spot for a night shoot!
