e30 cabrio, e30 M3 + 'Mini' More!

Happy Friday, fellow enthusiasts! Although it's a misty, cloudy day here in Noblesville, Indiana, it's not putting a damper on the excitement buzzing around the shop these days! We have been keeping busy, yes, that is a fact. But we've also got some exciting things in store...so be sure to stay tuned! Plus, the month of May is always fun! May includes our annual adventure to North Carolina for the Vintage, preparing for our annual Open House (Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 15th!), and celebrating Reggie's birthday! For more information on the caravan to NC, click here!   This week's post will be short and sweet! So let's get down to business! This 1992 brillantrot 325i cabrio came in with starting issues. She had difficulty starting, needed 3 or 4 rounds of cranking, and seemed to be starved for fuel:   Reggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, Mercedes   Reggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, Mercedes This alpinweiss beauty, a 2007 BMW X3 3.0i, came in for a drain and fill of the cooling system with Genuine BMW coolant, as well as an inspection: Reggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, Mercedes   Are you lookin' at me?! Ok, ok, so any type of accent doesn't really register via internet, so I'll just stick to the topic at hand! This 2006 Mini Cooper S John Cooper Works came in with excessive engine noise. I had to ask what John Cooper Works was all about, which means higher performance yet than the Cooper S. Cool!Reggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, Mercedes It never fails. Every time this pretty hennarot '88 e30 M3 is at the shop, someone inquires if she's for sale! Can you blame them?! She came in for new spark plugs, an oil change, a left rear tire with a slow leak, and to diagnose a minor "hop" at speed: Reggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, Mercedes New rear brake pads and rotors, brake hoses, a brake fluid flush, and A/C belt tensioner were on the list for this 1998 BMW 528i: Reggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, Mercedes A bit more work was done on the 1969 Camara, namely replacement of whining rear gears in favor of a new 3.73 ring and pinion: Reggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, MercedesReggies MotorWorks | Repairing BMW, Audi, Mercedes   That's a wrap! But wait, there's more! Reggie took the 2002 for a spin...check it out (and subscribe to our youtube channel!)   Ok, now that's a wrap! Wishing a Happy Mother's Day weekend to all Moms, and especially to ours! We love you!
