We're back with another Friday edition of the blog! Speaking of Friday, that means we're crossing our fingers for nice weather for a Cruise-In tonight! As always, the Cruise-Ins happen here at the shop starting at 6pm on Friday evenings, weather-permitting. Bring some food, some drinks, some chairs, and relax with other auto enthusiasts! Don't forget to mark your calendars for our Annual Open House on Saturday, June 16th! And the car show in Forest Park on Father's Day, Sunday, June 17th! If you're looking for a fun road-trip for the upcoming holiday weekend, consider following us to North Carolina for The Vintage
! This will be our third year going, and we wouldn't want to miss it! Take a look at photos from our past two trips, and see for yourself! The Vintage 2011

Let's take a look at some happenings here in the shop this week! This 2001 BMW 740i came in to diagnose dash warning lights, to diagnose suspension issues, and to inspect the rear right ABS speed sensor:
Next, Sam worked on this 2001 BMW 325i. Aftermarket brake caliper bolts were replaced with factory ones. A new oil filter housing gasket, as well as an oil change, was also on order. The air intake cleaner was replaced. A new front left wheel was mounted and balanced. And last, but not least, she had an inoperable key fob that needed to be diagnosed.
This beautiful 2002 laguna seca blue BMW M3 came in for some diagnostic work, including noise and vibration coming from the rear right of the car, a sporadic whining noise inside the cabin, a check engine light, an inoperable A/C blower motor, a new propeller shaft support, and a few other odds and ends.
While in the shop, Reggie took a look at the radio, which was not working:
Besides a blown fuse, this radio had another issue... Upon removal, it jingled and jangled - Reggie could see something
inside it, besides a CD...
If you're a fan of Reggie's Motorworks on facebook
, you may have seen this photo earlier in the week where we asked the question "Which 4 things don't belong in this radio?" Somehow, 4 shiny Lincolns made their way into this M3's radio!
We hope to see you at the Cruise-In tonight! Be sure to stay tuned for more updates on the 1969 Camaro project
! Wishing a Happy Mother's Day to all Moms, especially to our own, Marcie and Patti - we love you both so much!
